DESCRIPTION:Maailma Lapsed’s first multicultural family event takes us to Portugal. In a child-friendly and playful way, we will discover the Portuguese language, everyday life, culture, and what life is like for children growing up in Portugal. \nThroughout the family morning, children can explore what life looks like in another European country through a variety of activities – what people speak, eat and listen to, and what kinds of stories, customs and symbols are part of Portuguese culture.\nLearning about other cultures helps children develop curiosity about the world, openness towards differences, and an understanding that people may live in different ways while still having many things in common. At the same time, the event is a lovely opportunity for families to spend time together and meet other families living in Tallinn and the surrounding areas. \nThe event will be held in both Estonian and English.\n
